Does Technology Drive You Crazy ?
Saturday, July 4, 2009 at 04:11PM Don't get me wrong, I love technology and need it everyday, and even need it to make a living. But if it doesn't work, than how productive am I for myself or anyone else, and how do you expect me to pay for your service(s) ?
So this is me ventilating and a *SHOUT OUT* to all you AT&T's, Apple's, Skypes, Twitters, Facebooks, and Googles of the world, including a half a dozen retail stores, please get your ?!@# together and give us, the people that keep you in business, *GREAT* service, not good service, but *GREAT* service.
PS: Make sure all your customer service reps speak *ENGLISH* for American consumers. Make sure they are *UNDERSTANDABLE*... WTF !!!
